Stay in a 5-bedroom 2,600 square-foot historic apartment on the top floor of the Center for Performing Arts, soaking in the building’s creative and meditative energy, in one of the most central neighborhoods of Minneapolis.

Large private bedrooms, open sunny common spaces, access to hardwood studios downstairs & gardens outside. Walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, grocery/co-op; hop on your bike for a quick ride to the Lakes. Easy public transit access to airport, downtown, museums, theaters, and stadiums.

This top floor loft at the Center for Performing Arts is an open, comfortable living space for traveling artists, students, businesspeople and creatives of all kinds. Below the apartment are studios that house movement practitioners, performance companies, writers, bodyworkers, therapists, and musicians.
