Music Learning Theory is based on heavily on audiation and learning by ear. This helps in fostering creative, expressive artists through improvisation and music play. Sarah has her M.M in Music Education from University of Buffalo (NY), her GIML Early Childhood Certification (Level 1) and her GIML Elementary General Music Certification (Level 1), as well as her Kodaly Level 1 Certification. Sarah hold her B.M from Eastman School of Music in flute performance.

My Scottish Highland dance classes are for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. My classes are designed for students to learn and appreciated the culture of Scottish Highland dancing.

Violin and Viola Suzuki Lessons
I am trained as a Suzuki teacher and love starting students as young as 3 years old, through the Suzuki triangle (teacher, student, and parent). In addition to weekly private lessons I teach “almost” weekly group classes for the development of ensemble playing and peer relationships.
